TAHONA Kitchen + Bar is a fast-casual restaurant inspired by Mexican street fare and tequila, with hand-crafted food and an emphasis on fresh ingredients. The restaurant's trip towards reality began when owner Scott Schmidt saw a large orange Post-It Note with the word "TACOS" on it stuck to the wall of a realtor's office. The realtor informed Schmidt that there was one space left to fill at Summit Park, and she thought a Mexican restaurant concept would be the perfect fit. Schmidt explained his restaurant concept, and the rest, as they say, is history.
