Can I rent out the entire ice rink for a private party?
No, we do not rent out the ice rink for private parties.
Will the ice rink be closed for weather related reasons?
Operating hours vary and may depend on weather conditions. To check on the rink’s operating status, visit www.summitparkblueash.com. If the rink is temporarily closed, you will see a pop-up alert on the homepage.
How much does it cost to skate?
The cost to skate is $7/person, which includes skate rental. If you bring your own skates, admission is still $7/person.
What forms of payments do you take?
We take cash, Mastercard, Discover, and Visa.
Is food or drink allowed in the ice rink?
People can bring their own food/drink to the park, or visit one of the nearby restaurants, however, no food or drink is permitted on the ice.
Is alcohol allowed?
Summit Park is now a DORA (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area)! More info here. However, no drinks are permitted on the ice.
What sizes do you have in skates?
Sizes range from 8 in Juniors up to a 14 in Mens. Double bladed skates for kids are available on a first come, first served basis.
Do you do ice skate lessons?
No, we do not have ice skate lessons or classes.
Will there be assistance for small children who would like to skate?
We have free skate aids to assist young children on a first-come, first-served basis.
Are parents/guardians allowed to assist their child?
Parents/Guardians are allowed to assist their child on the ice, but parents/guardians must also wear skates on the ice.
Are season passes available?
We do not offer any season passes.
Do you offer group rates?
Group rates are offered Monday through Thursday for groups of 25 or more. The group rate is $6 per person.
